About Eddie

At 33 years old and a lifelong Michigan resident, Eddie Bosas Jr. has spent his entire life immersed in the outdoors. From the moment he could walk, he was fishing alongside his father, who passed down his knowledge and deep love for the sport. This early foundation has grown into comprehensive expertise that spans both Michigan's waters and woodlands.

Eddie is an experienced multi-species angler with a particular passion for trolling walleye and targeting bass (both largemouth and smallmouth), pike, perch, crappie, bluegill, salmon, and catfish. His fishing experience spans from miles offshore on the Great Lakes to the quiet inland lakes scattered across Michigan, giving him intimate knowledge of the state's diverse fishing opportunities.

Hunting is just as much a part of who Eddie is. He pursues whitetail deer with both archery and rifle, as well as turkey, pheasant, duck, and goose. As a certified Michigan DNR Hunter's Education Instructor, he shares his knowledge with the next generation of hunters, ensuring they understand safety, ethics, and conservation principles.

Eddie holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Land Use and Resource Management. This educational background, combined with hands-on experience in habitat management, food plot planning and installation, and designing land layouts, allows him to improve species diversity and long-term sustainability. Whether he's running his tractor for land improvements or fine-tuning a food plot, Eddie takes pride in stewardship of the land.

His work with heavy equipment for land improvements demonstrates his commitment to hands-on conservation - not just talking about habitat improvement, but actually implementing projects that make a difference.
